3. RFQ
Q1: How long is the lead time? A1: It's normally three to seven working days. Certainly it depends on the quantity and product requirements. If the quantity is not that large, 10 days or so. If it's normal products, it takes us less than 10 days to produce it. For large quantity and customized products, it needs 20 to 30 days.
Q2: How do you control the product quality? A2: From material coming to product manufacturing, we have professional staff who are responsible for quality inspection. Only the product is up to standard, can we ship it to our customers.
Q3: What is the payment terms? A3: Normally with 30% deposit for normal products and at least 50% advance payment for tailored products and all balance paid before shipment.
Q4: Could you please provide technical support in product installation? A4: Yes, certainly. We have a professional technical team which is responsible for product installation and application guidance for our customers.
Q5: Tell me the package of your products A5: For large products, we use strong wooden case for protection. For small products, we use carton.
Q6: Can you put our logo on your product? A6: Yes, we accept OEM and ODM. If the quantity is large, your logo could be put on our products.
Q7: Where is your major market? A7: Our markets include central Asia, East Asia, South Asia, Africa, South America, and North America etc.
Q8: What about your capacity? A8: It depends on the product. For instance, for small-power products, we could produce ten thousand pcs a month while 2000 pcs for larger-power products.
